The Deployment Committee – Denver Test Team – is a group of OmniAir members led by Northwest Parkway, BRISA, and E-470 who are working on demonstrating sustainable 5.9GHz DSRC systems and services.  This project advances OmniAir’s mission of DSRC deployment.  The concept behind the DTT  focuses on the metropolitan area – places suffering the greatest from a transportation system’s shortcomings, but that can benefit most from the application of the 5.9GHz DSRC solutions.  OmniAir’s Deployment Committee submitted “Safe & Intelligent Mobility in Denver: 5.9GHz DSRC-Based Connected Vehicle Services to Improve Mobility, Environment & Economy.”  The Deployment Committee is also planning on submitting to other funding sources.
