Arada Systems develops advanced Wi-Fi solutions for the enterprise, outdoor and telematics markets with headquarters in Silicon Valley.  The company’s founders have been integrally involved in setting the initial specifications of the underlying radio technology that resulted in the 802.11p/DSRC specification being formed.  They spent over ten years of involvement from the semiconductor side while they were at Atheros Communications, the leading chipset manufacturer for 802.11p chipsets.   Arada Systems then spun-off from Atheros and by applying its deep wireless systems knowledge, began delivering integrated, feature-rich solutions at very attractive price points.  Today, Arada Systems believes it’s portfolio of products in telematics, along with the world’s first SD card built for DSRC applications will open up new markets worldwide and foster innovation at an unprecedented level. For more information visit www.aradasystems.com
